Project Management - Keystone Heritage Ltd. have the ability to run and manage projects from design to completion.
Stonemasonry - Solid stone walling and facework/cladding. Repairs to walls, arches etc.
Lime pointing and rendering - External and internal lime pointing, rendering and plastering on solid masonry allowing the walls to breathe and consequently creating a healthier living environment inside the home.
Lime washing - Lime washing with lime putty mixes and pigments and painting using eco, breathable clay based paints.
Insulation - Insulation of existing properties using breathable products such as cork, hemp or wood-fiber board.
Damp and mould - Removal of cement renders and concrete floors that trap moisture and cause damp and mould that can cause health problems including asthma.
Limecrete - Foamed glass insulation and limecrete slab.
Carpentry - Cut roofs and first fix carpentry, flooring etc.
Natural slate roofing - New roofs or re-roofing using natural slate and lead.
Chimneys - Repair or when needed re-build with a lead tray.
Lead work - Including chimney repairs and flashings.
Extensions - Sympathetic extension of existing properties using suitable traditional/modern materials where applicable.
New projects - Building is constantly progressing and new developments are always beginning. We are enthusiastic about new sustainable building techniques.
Electrical and plumbing work - We work closely with trusted sub-contractors to both maintain existing and install new electrical and heating systems in historic properties. We have experience with renewable systems such as solar PV and air source heat pumps.
